How to Sign In to the Radancy Support Center

You now have two options for signing in to the Radancy Support Center. You can continue using your existing email and password, or choose Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster and more secure experience. SSO allows you to access the Support Center using the same credentials you use for login.radancy.net, eliminating the need to manage a separate username and password. While SSO is recommended for convenience, it is not required—you may continue using your email and password if you prefer.
 
 

1. On the right top corner of the page, please click on Sign-In.

Option 1: Sign In with SSO (Recommended)

2. You will be redirected to the Sign-In page. Choose the SSO button that matches your account's hosting region—either EU (login.radancy.eu) or US (login.radancy.net).

3. This will direct you to the standard Sign-In page for Radancy products. Here you will enter your credentials used to access Radancy products such as Insights & Analytics and CMS.

4. Once authenticated, you’ll be signed in automatically and can access support articles and submit tickets as usual.

 

Option 2: Sign In with Email

2. You will be redirected to the Sign-In page. Please click on the Sign-up link located in the bottom left corner.

3. This will direct you to the Sign-In page with Radancy Global Support. Please enter your full name and email address and click Sign Up.

4. Once submitted, Radancy will send you an email for verification. Once verified, you will be able to sign in.
